Because every uniform is manufactured to your specific design, custom orders (name, number, logo, or custom colorway) are non-returnable once production has started, except for manufacturing defects.
Unbranded stock items (no custom name, number, or logo) may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unworn condition for a refund or exchange.
If you receive an item with a stitching, print, or sizing defect that does not match your approved specification, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will remake or refund the affected units.
For team orders, we recommend requesting a size chart and, where possible, a sample before confirming full production to avoid size-related returns.
