Approved graphics are dye-sublimation printed onto fabric rolls before a single panel is cut.
Panels are cut to size using the pattern, with buffer allowances for seam finishing.
Panels are joined using the stitch type appropriate to the garment — double lock-stitch, flatlock, or bar-tack reinforcement.
Each finished batch is checked for stitch integrity, colorfastness, and sizing accuracy against the original spec.
Team orders are folded and labeled per player name/number where applicable, ready for team distribution.
Orders are handed to a tracked international carrier with delivery estimates by destination country.
